Transforming Africa through Skill Based Education into the 7 Spheres of Influence
The Need Part 1: In Cameroon the worldview that is understood is a church religious mindset founded upon the principles of one denomination. There is a need for holistic transformation that embraces skill based education with a Biblical Worldview.
The Solution: T.R.I.P.S. Africa is a non-profit that Jackson founded in 2016 with its purpose leadership development for societal transformation in all seven spheres of society.
About the 7 Spheres (Government, Economics, Health Care, Religion, Education, Media and Communication):
“The idea behind the seven spheres is that it is through influencing those areas of society, that the entire society can be influenced with the gospel.”
~ Loren Cunningham
“As individuals we have been created to know and love God. Our Creator designed the spheres of society, the structural systems of the nations to be catalysts that would propel us towards that knowledge and love. May we find a fresh impetus to pursue God with a passion, that he might be fully revealed through each and every nation. For when we set our hearts to “truly know … and understand” God and his ways, it brings great delight to him (Jer 9:24). Therefore, may we be filled with the Spirit and be taught by the Word so that with eagerness we might reach out to know him and to make him known. For the time is coming when “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea” (Hab 2:14 NIV).
~ David Joel Hamilton
The Need Part Two: In Kribi we are working with 11 villages that have no schools. All the 9000 students from the high schools have no further education. They finish schools with zero skills and zero capacity. Skill based education will help them stand out.
The Solution: A University of the Nations location that provides modular, global Bible Based Education for the 7 Spheres of Society. The UofN would disciple and tailor people towards their calling in life. It brings in a global educational platform. The UofN would provide trainings in Agriculture, Health Care, Clean Water Solutions, Education and much more.
