The purpose of T.R.I.P.S. is leadership development for societal transformation in all of the seven spheres of society.

To date 2000+ Pastors and Christian Professionals have gone through these trainings.

Training students & Teachers

At two Public high schools in Kribi, comprising 9000+ students, Jackson has led teacher training programs to give them practical tools in working with teenagers.

These trainings have helped combat addictions and teenage pregnancies.

university of the nations

In order to bring more opportunities for the youth of Cameroon we are pioneering a University of the Nations (UofN) in Kribi that provides Bible based Education for all seven spheres of society.

The UofN is a global modular university that presently exists in 600+ locations worldwide across 160 nations.

Commendations

As Paul Writes: … I commend to you our sister Phoebe.. (Romans 16:1)

I highly commend Jackson and Anneke to you in their character, commitment and calling.

Since 2012 Anneke has served as my assistant. She has several major areas of strength, which qualify her to be an extension of our leadership throughout YWAM.

Jackson is a man of integrity whose friendship with Jesus and boldness of the faith will challenge you to pursue greater intimacy with God.

I am thrilled to write this reference for Jackson & Anneke Ndecheck, whose work and character have profoundly impacted our community here in Kona.

Jackson stands out as a visionary leader whose deep love for the Bible is matched by his ability to bring its teachings to life. His unique gift of bridging cultures has brought the vibrant spirit of Africa to our campus in Kona, enriching our community, while also inspiring us to engage with Africa in meaningful ways.

Anneke complements Jackson’s leadership with her steadfast and professional approach to campus hospitality. She helps to create an environment where guests and teachers and our community feel welcomed and valued.

Together, they are not only raising an incredible family but also fostering a legacy of faith, service, and community. Having known them for over a decade, I wholeheartedly recommend them to you. They lead, inspire, and serve with integrity.
